You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, knowledge base entries, and the consequence of any reply we send on your behalf. Our AI is a helper, not a replacement for human judgement.
We aim for high availability but provide no SLA on this plan. AI provider outages may temporarily disable auto-replies; pending replies will await human review.
Plans are billed monthly via SSLCommerz. Failed payments result in a 3-day grace period before suspension. Refunds are at our discretion for service-side failure.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days.
